I suspect that this latest version has inadvertently broken video playback. I am addicted to X Factor Israel and now all that I get when I click on an episode is a 20 second commercial and a frozen Reshet screen. Please fix this!

I love watching the X factor but I can no longer watch it since the episodes wont work on the app... Very disappointed

So annoying please fix this problem we cant watch anything!!!!

Watching X factor its amazing till the new update cant watch anymore its frustrating and upsetting and its still not fixed please fix it now!!!

The app no longer works every time I try to plan a video , X factor for instance , the screen goes black and nothing plays. I used this app as a means of connection to my homeland and its quite sad to have lost that. For people without the ability to get to Israel this app proceed a way to feel connected .

Make it compatible with the 6 plus

Unfriendly and unclear. I pay for this every month and its just wasting the money its missing a lot of information not professional at all.
